How do I place an order?

Please send us an inquiry and we will be back to you with pricing and specifications. A 30 % non refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. We welcome custom requests.

What are your average lead time?

Lead time begins from receipt of deposit. Our average lead time is 3 month to 4 month, depending on the time of year and the scoope of a particular order. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. We usually have some finished products on lager, so please, contact us for more informations.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offers a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date. We reserves the right to repair or replace defects at its sole discretion. This limited warranty does not extend to damage caused by shipping accident, normal wear and tear, negligence or cleaning.

Do you offer returns?

While we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our work, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with any shipping or manufacturing issues.

What about shipping and tracking?

Your order will be dispatched by hp express or GLS.  After your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information for your shipment. To track your shipment and see delivery status, simply put the tracking number that we have sent in your local post website. For further information regarding your shipment, please contact your local post office and inquire about your shipment using the tracking information which we have provided.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your order destination and products ordered and are automatically calculated depending on the product weight. For an accurate shipping quote, please contact us or take a look at hp express/GLS website.

EU: 5-10 days /USA: 7-14 day Oceania & Asia: 7-14 days / Africa & ME: 7-14 days. 
Shipping time may vary depending on various factors such as local customs clearance, postal services overload during local holiday seasons etc.

Gently dust with a soft cloth or use only water and cloth. For metal parts  apply silicon spray on a soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive or acidic household cleaning products.
