Lead time begins from receipt of deposit. Our average lead time is 3 month to 4 month, depending on the time of year and the scoope of a particular order. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. We usually have some finished products on lager, so please, contact us for more informations.

We offers a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date. We reserves the right to repair or replace defects at its sole discretion. This limited warranty does not extend to damage caused by shipping accident, normal wear and tear, negligence or cleaning.

While we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our work, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with any shipping or manufacturing issues.

Your order will be dispatched by hp express or GLS. After your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information for your shipment. To track your shipment and see delivery status, simply put the tracking number that we have sent in your local post website. For further information regarding your shipment, please contact your local post office and inquire about your shipment using the tracking information which we have provided.
